Black With Two April Challenge.

Welcome to April here at BW2.
Last month just flew by and we had heaps of entries in the challenge.
Please come and have a go this month.
Here is the mood board for April:

Here is what I have come up with:

This is a photo taken at my daughters wedding last year.
I cut out the round wreath and covered it with the bridesmaid fabric,
which I like the frayed edges.
I also made my own flowers, which I haven't tried this style before.
I think the LO is simple but I love it.
I usually always create a double LO and here it is:

That's it for today.
Now come and try our challenge this month.
Next month will be my last Design Team post as I'm finishing up,
 so pop back next month.
Until then bye.

Another great mood board.
Here is what I have come up with:

I have flipped the sketch, my word is in the journaling.
As always I have created a double LO and like to pop it up for friends and family to see so here it is:

These Lotus plants were beautiful and I took the photo's on our holiday to Thailand.

Now don't forget BW2 Design team call

That is it for today, until next time.

February's Challenge at BW2.

It's February already and another year is well on it's way.
Unfortunately I ran out of time for January but am back with this months challenge.
Here is the mood board this month for BW2:

I have yet again scrapped my photo's from Thailand. This is of my husband having his feet done in the spa where the fish nibble at his feet and eat the dead skin. He enjoyed it and went twice, I on the other hand couldn't give it a go.

Here is my double LO which I usually do:

Now come on and give our challenge a go, pop on over to BW2 and check out the design teams work too.
Bye for now.

Scrapbookit Challenge.

Here I am for my first challenge of the year.
I have had a break and I'm back into scrapping again unfortunately there are never enough hours in the day.

Well as you can see by my title I have completed the challenge at Scrapbookit and first off these are the  requirements:

Create a project choosing at least 3 of the following criteria , · add a banner title · use layers of patterned paper · ink the edges of all patterned papers · use a die-cut cluster · add rhinestones · add an embellished tag · use a journal box · use a Kaisercraft patterned paper as your base · scraplift the design (treat it like a sketch).

January Challenge

Here is what I have created:

To run with the requirements I have used Kaisercraft cardstock from the  Tea Break Collection for my background, I have used a journaling box, added a banner title and clustered some of the die cuts.
These photo's are yet again from our Thailand trip. After the wedding ceremony that we went to they laid this feast out for us to eat, we still went to a reception a few hours later.

As usual I create a double LO and like to pop it up for my friends and family to see and here it is:

That is it for today, hopefully I will be back soon with some more work.
Bye for now.
Kerry.

We made a photo booth for our sons 21st. It was so much fun.

Well I hope you all have a great Christmas and look forward to blogging and creating for BW2 next year. Don't forget to come on over and check us out and have ago at our challenge.
